Thought I would share my first attempts at night photography - shot in Fort Bragg, CA at Pomo Bluffs Park.
I'm really longing to get into more night photography but a capable camera is rather far down the line. That being said, the GoPro HERO7 Black does a much better job than I expected in night photo mode (GoPro 3-Way Grip with tripod was used to stabilize).
Settings:
Shutter 30s
Interval Auto
FOV Wide
Raw On
Protune On
WB 3200K
ISO Max 800 (1600 produces too much noise)
Sharpness Low
Color Flat
The star fields turned out way better than I would have thought, there was no moon this night and a good deal of light pollution from Fort Bragg - looking forward to finding a truly dark location to shoot.
