WELCOME!
Thank you for coming and sharing in this adventure. And what is this adventure you have dropped in on? Great question . . . someone's mid-life crisis? . . . no. While somewhat vague, undefined, and ever-changing; let's just say it's about LIFE - about living a full and free life, with hands open . . . letting go of that which tethers, or at least asking why.
"In any given moment, we have two options: to step forward into growth, or to step back into safety. Growth must be chosen again and again; fear must be overcome again and again." - Abraham Maslow
(Boy Scott Trail - Glenwood Springs, CO)
Peter Jackson said, "There's no such thing as perfection, you're never finished with a film. You run out of time.” And the same is true of any creative endeavor . . . the content here will improve over time but one has to start somewhere, so here's to starting small and starting now.
Please don't construe what I post as advice, I'm not an expert . . . this is just one person's experience.
CAIRN
Since ancient times, cairns (or stacks of stones) have been used as landmarks, trailmarkers, or waypoints. You will find them guiding you along a trail. You will find them at mountain summits. Pilgrims and travelers have met around them and shared their journeys. So let this be your cairn . . . a place to meet and share a story.
